If you’re looking to cancel, return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, Gift cards and some health and personal care items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Users can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status and if the cancel option is available on the website. If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on ++91 9311 741 202 (Monday- Saturday, 10 am- 6 pm). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. Users can raise a return/exchange request of a product (for one or all products in the order) within 5 days of its delivery by following the steps as listed below:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9311 741 202 (Monday- Saturday, 10 am- 6 pm) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Share your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: Once confirmed, we will arrange for a pickup the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process after and only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellation/ Exchange/ Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
- Product is damaged due to misuse and/or overuse; is used and/ or is altered
- Product is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Products serial number is tampered with
- Product is defective
- Exchange/ Return not offered by the parent Brand
Processing your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as detailed below:
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
